SBLC debuts in the 2026 Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Rankings as among the Top 1001-1500 schools in the world.
Only 160 Philippine higher educational institutions are included in this global ranking that measures universities’ contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through teaching, research, stewardship, and community engagement.
SBLC is also ranked in 5 out of 17 SDGs:
-Rank 401-600: SDG 3 Good Health and Well-Being
-Rank 601-800: SDG 1 No Poverty
-Rank 601-800: SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth
-Rank 1001+: SDG 4 Quality Education
-Rank 1500+: SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals
This achievement strengthens the standing of SBLC as one of the top schools in the Philippines and across the globe.
This adds to the growing recognitions received by SBLC this year – from being the 259th most innovative school in the world based on the 2026 World University Ranking for Innovations (WURI), to being the first nursing school in Quezon City to be ISO-EOMS 21001:2018-certified, and being accredited by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP) thru the Association of Christian Schools, Colleges and Universities – Accrediting Council Inc. (ACSCU-ACI).
